Green Start to the Day

Most days my pre-workout is the following green juice
Coconut Water (or filtered water)
Handful of Spinach
5 Blueberries
Teaspoon of Super Greens Powder - Nua or Bioglyn
Using a stick blender and an clean coconut oil jar blend until the spinach leaves are super fine.
Drink and get going . . .
